NGNA Gerontological Nursing: An Accelerated Review for the ANCC Certification

Additional Gerontological Nursing Experts will speak on selected topics at this pre-conference.

This two-day pre-convention workshop will focus on selected geriatric health issues and provide registered nurses with classroom instruction and advanced practice gerontological nursing expertise to prepare them to study for and take the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) generalist Gerontological Nurse Certification exam.

Strategies to enhance test-taking skills will be emphasized. A mock ANCC exam will be provided for ongoing study. Licensed Practical Nurses are welcome to enroll in this workshop for their own professional development; however, they are not eligible to take the ANCC exam.
