
The October 4th-5th, 2004 Nurse Competence in Aging (NCA) meeting was a great success! Twenty-six specialty associations were represented at this landmark event. Meeting goals included furthering the three main NCA activity areas:
The meeting identified technical assistance needs and opportunities, promoted networking and resource sharing along with collaboration among American Nurses Association - Specialty Nursing Association Partners in Geriatrics (ANA-SNAPGs), and discussed ongoing ANA-SNAPG participation.
