American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA) Launches Geriatric Resource

The American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA) has launched their new geriatric resource called GeroFocus focusing on geriatric care in holistic nursing.

The Web Fellow spearheading this project is Valerie Eschiti RN, MSN, CHTP, AHN-BC. She is supported by Charlotte Eliopoulos RN, MPH, ND, PhD and Carla Mariano EdD, RN, AHN-BC, FAAIM.

The American Holistic Nurses Association embraces nursing as a lifestyle and a profession and provides a means to create bonds within the nursing community. The AHNA serves as a bridge between the traditional medical paradigm and universal complementary and alternative healing practices. AHNA supports the concepts of holism: a state of harmony among body, mind, emotions and spirit within an ever-changing environment.
